Meet across from the San Antonio Zoo at 6:45pm and we run at 7pm.
What we will do - you are free to choose your own mileage and number of repeats based on your training but for Base Builder to get ready for Fall Training, we will be doing the following:
FULL
1 Mile Warm Up (Up St Mary's to Mulberry and back)
Then tackle the hill.
4X400 (go up and down the hill twice)
1 Mile Cool Down
4 Miles Total
HALF
1 Mile Warm Up (Up St Mary's to Mulberry and back)
Then tackle the hill.
2X400 (go up and down the hill twice)
1 Mile Cool Down
3 Miles Total
10K
1 Mile Warm Up (Up St Mary's to Mulberry and back)
Then tackle the hill.
2X200s
1.5 Miles total
I will have hydration provided.
