Run All The Hills - Heart Run

Let's all get together for a great cause to help those in need.

I have been gathering donations and funding to purchase items to create care packages for the homeless. This is a project I would like to turn into a yearly tradition in hopes that it grows.

Since many people showed interest in helping to put the packages together..

Heart Run is now born.
-A gathering of hearts to help those in need.

Join me on a special evening for a run, music, and donating time to put the packages together.

When: Saturday August 19th
Time: 6pm-10pm
Where: Rosella Coffee 203 E Jones
3 Mile Run at 7pm

Chicago Marathon Training is underway and I'm hosting some Summer time weekend long runs before the sun comes up!

It doesn't matter what you are or aren't training for, everyone is welcome! All levels, all paces!

I will have 18 miles on my schedule. You can do whatever mileage is on your program up to 20.

I will have water at start and finish but it is HIGHLY advisable to bring your own hydration for the course. Also, you MUST have a flash light or head lamp of some sort because it will be dark!

We run at 5:00am!

This is a special edition of the Run All The Hills Tuesday Night Hill Workouts!

Hill Repeat Challenge! How many hills repeats can you do in 20 mins? The person with the most repeats in 20 mins gets a free Pizza and beverage from Pizza Classics afterwards on me! (Must be 21+ for anything alcoholic)

This is the final Tuesday for the Base Builder Program before SARR's Fall Training Starts. If you are wanting to stick to the Base Builder Program it will be the following:

FULL
1 Mile Warm Up
4X400 Hill Repeats
1 Mile Cool Down
Total 4 Miles.

HALF
1 Mile Warm Up (Up St Mary's to Mulberry and back)
Then tackle the hill.
2X400 (go up and down the hill twice)
1 Mile Cool Down
3 Miles Total

10K
1 Mile Warm Up (Up St Mary's to Mulberry and back)
Then tackle the hill.
2X200s
1.5 Miles total

We meet across from the San Antonio Zoo at 6:45pm (Sign up for Challenge)
Group Pic at 6:55pm
Base Builder Workout Starts at 7pm
Hill Repeat Challenge starts at 7:30pm

I will have hydration provided.
