Chicago Marathon Training is underway and I'm hosting some Summer time weekend long runs before the sun comes up!
It doesn't matter what you are or aren't training for, everyone is welcome! All levels, all paces!
I will have 18 miles on my schedule. You can do whatever mileage is on your program up to 20.
I will have water at start and finish but it is HIGHLY advisable to bring your own hydration for the course. Also, you MUST have a flash light or head lamp of some sort because it will be dark!
We run at 5:00am!
